I found this article to be very interesting, especially the title. I thought it was cool how the person of the year was "you". It was interesting to realize how much the internet impacts the daily life of Americans. The internet has changed so much this year and it was nice to see that they gave credit to myspace, facebook, and utube (all things that teens use everyday)

I think its cool how time magazine mad "you" person of the year. We are comming up with amazing videos and web sites that billions are using. Myspace and facebook you can meet new people and you can find things out about them. The new web would be very cool for tech people because they can view tons of videos and meet other people.

I think the article was very intresting concidering I spend most of my time either on myspace, yahoo, or AIM. I've never really thought about it till I read the article that people actually have to spend hours and hours on the computer making myspace, or facebook into a worldwide web program. After reading the article it seems to intrest me how and who made some of the most popular websites teens go to, to chat.

I found the article to be very interesting. It showed me how anyone at anytime can come up with some new technological idea that could change the way that people live their lives. Like MySpace, FaceBook, etc. I thought how it was pretty cool how "YOU" was TIME magazines person of the year. It shows how we are changing the technological world with all are advances. Times have changed since back then and more and more people are discovering what the internet truly has to offer.

I thought this article was very interesting. The author gives different perspectives on major issues in the world today, such as the war and global warming. I thought it was very interesting how he mentions that so many things have happened with the war but the issue of global warming was left untouched. Myspace and facebook have become major important factors in socializing, not just teens but adults also. Even some buisness' have their own myspace's. Reading this article made me wonder, what will they come up with next?

I enjoyed reading this article but it was also kind of interesting, but yet the author of this article did make a point. A lot of people do spend more time on the computer going on to myspace and facebook and a lot of other sites instead of just relaxing after a long day of work. Its kind of sad because people are like this because myspace or anything else isnt going to go away for while so i dont know why people are so worried and obessed over it.

I think this article and the articles author is a very interesting peice of work and I really enjoyed how well the author was able to get away from the negative issues that happen throught 2006 an dfocus on how us the people where able to make a difference and become Times Person(s) of the year. I like the Article because it shows that i can make a difference by doing things that are fun to me and also others, like youtubing , facebooking, and etc.,it also shows how this has taking over peoples life and thats all they do therefore which leads to other factors like obbesedy and other bad things. Overall i like the article and how well it explained things.

I really liked this article and the way it was written. The author touched on many different things and events that are going on in the world today. His topics stretched from the war in Iraq, one of the most important isses today, all the way to MySpace/Facebook. It's interesting to see the author's point o fview on today's society. People are more concerned with YouTube and other computer entertainment than Global Warming or the war in Iraq. The idea of Time's Person of the Year:You is really clever and very good idea.

This Time magazine "Person of the Year" article is different from previous Person of the Year in that 2006 points to no person in particular. Instead, Time credits "you" with Internet inventions such as facebook, myspace, and youtube. The article is right, if you want to see what America really is, beyond what Bush and other politicians say, all you have to do is visit one of the sites listed above. You can read Myspace and facebook to find out interests and interactions of youth today, and watch it and youtube.

This article sums up how much the internet has changed our world today. It really has turned into a part of our culture. Facebook and Myspace have connected people from all over the world. Youtube has enabled people worldwide to share their ideas. Online blogs allow everyone to voice their point of view, as well as learn about the opinions of other people. It is amazing how regular people can express themselves to such a wide range of people because of the internet. The idea that "you" are the person of the year makes a lot of sense when you think about how many people contribute to these types of internet invetions.
